1. Introduction

The provisions below, delivered in conjunction with the Swedish Telecom Law regulate the user’s use of data services in the vehicle (hereinafter “Automotive Connect”).

Automotive Connect is a service provided by Telenor Connexion AB (hereinafter referred to as “Telenor”), a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden with company number 556768-9038, whose registered office is at Garvis Carlssons Gata 3, 169 51 Solna, Sweden.

Automotive Connect enables the user to access the internet via the vehicle’s infotainment system andvia the Wi-Fi Hotspot in the vehicle, if available. The internet access is used through a connectivity connection the vehicle manufacturer has purchased from Telenor for networking its vehicles.

2. Services provided by Telenor
Telenor will provide the user with access to the Internet in the vehicle.

The provisioning of mobile data services within the infotainment system and/or the Wi-Fi connection will be activated after the user has completed the onboarding process as part of the defined process between Telenor and the vehicle manufacturer…

The estimated maximum Automotive Connect bandwidth is 150 Mbit/s for downloads and up to 50 Mbit/s for uploads but actual throughput depends on several aspects…

Duties on the user related to personal accounts, no misuse, no illegal content…
