Home IoT Offering IoT Complete IoT SIMs & Connectivity

Reliable Connectivity for Connected Products

IoT Complete provides reliable mobile connectivity for products deployed across Europe and worldwide. A single IoT subscription gives access to a wide range of mobile networks, with centralised visibility and control through the Management Portal.

Whether you manage a small deployment or a large installed base, the service is designed to deliver stable connectivity and predictable behaviour across borders, buildings, and varying network conditions.

Coverage and Network Access

International footprint

Devices connect to available mobile networks in each country to support reliable coverage across deployments.

Built for long-running equipment

Connectivity supports global deployments, enabling cross-border operation without per-country integration work.

Multi-operator access

Designed for products that operate for years in the field, including building systems and industrial equipment.

Simple Setup

Insert SIM and connect over mobile networks

Products connect over mobile networks once the SIM is installed and activated as part of onboarding.

Works with most cellular-enabled devices

If your products already include a mobile module, they can be connected to IoT Complete using the appropriate SIM format.

Centralised visibility in the Management Portal

Active subscriptions and connected products are visible in the portal, where teams can track usage and organise fleets by product line, customer, or region.

SIM Options for Your Devices

IoT Complete supports common SIM formats, including:

  • Mini (2FF), Micro (3FF), Nano (4FF)
  • Triple-cut SIMs
  • MFF2 soldered SIMs

SIMs include an initial data allowance to validate coverage, roaming behaviour, and basic data flows during early testing.

Connectivity with IoT Complete Devices

For teams that prefer a managed device approach, certified IoT Complete devices include connectivity as part of the device setup. This can add:

  • Integrated SIM
  • Tested radio performance
  • Support for health monitoring and quality optimisation
  • Device and firmware management tools

This option is useful when aiming for predictable performance or shorter development cycles.

Security and Routing Options

Connectivity can be aligned with your internal IT and security requirements using options such as:

  • Standard APN (included)
  • Private APN for controlled routing
  • VPN for encrypted communication
  • Internet breakout
  • Firewall rules and IP filtering

Remote Access

Remote Access creates a temporary, secure VPN tunnel to a device in the field, acting as a direct service connection for commissioning, diagnostics, configuration, or maintenance. Access rights are managed centrally in the Management Portal.
