How leaders pick partners, structure governance, and move from pilot to rollout
Many IoT initiatives prove value in a pilot—then stall when it’s time to scale. In this session, we’ll unpack how enterprise leaders can accelerate time-to-value and de-risk rollout by building purpose-built partnerships that match the use case, industry constraints, and operating model. You’ll get practical ideas for selecting partners across connectivity, devices, platforms, data, integration, and security; clear governance patterns that prevent “shared ownership = no ownership”; and proven approaches to operationalize IoT from pilot to repeatable deployment. The outcome: turn promising IoT ideas into measurable impact at scale—faster, safer, and with stronger alignment across the ecosystem.

As the “AI Revolution” moves from boardrooms to the factory floor, the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and IoT is where the most significant business value is being created. But how do you move beyond the pilot phase to a truly scalable, profitable business.
In this keynote, Ieva will share a candid look at Telenor’s journey in driving business value from AI enablement. Drawing on her global oversight of Telenor’s AI strategy, practical work with AI development and her active engagement in AI advocacy work across the telecoms industry, she will break down the “organizational DNA” required to succeed in 2026.
Key Takeaways:
Telenor approach to AI: A “behind-the-scenes” look at how Telenor is deploying AI in practice. What worked, what failed, and what we had to change for becoming AI-ready organization that drives future-ready business models.
Turning AI into Business Impact: Insights on how to move from “AI potential” to provable ROI. Practical lessons on how to prioritize use cases, define value levers, measure the impact and avoid costly AI initiatives that do not scale.
AIoT Realities: What’s working (and what isn’t): Highlighting customer cases across different industries where AI and IoT is delivering measureable results. What’s working in the field today, and where we are (still) struggling? What patterns are emerging across verticals?
